I love the clients and the clients love me! The customer is the most important part of a successful business. I have helped manage large client base and achieve complete customer satisfaction. Perform client training, product demos, on-boarding, and support.

Quality, quality, quality! Celebrating quality and focused on delivering the best product to all clients big or small. As a quality engineer I helped to provide design recommendations as needed to Product Management Office. I performed functional & non-functional user testing, validation and planning.

Project planning plays an essential role in helping guide stakeholders and the product management team through all project phases. Identify desired goals, reduce risks, avoid missed deadlines, and ultimately deliver the agreed product, service or result.

Below are some of the key functions I am proud of in my years of product development:

• Develop short- and long-term roadmaps that deliver maximum value with minimum risk and assume ongoing iteration
• Review support issues related to projects and monitor utilization and expected outcomes
• Partner with project managers to develop, maintain, and manage interactive project work plans and timelines and revise as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
• Define & track tasks, dependencies, priorities, and milestones, and manage assigned internal and external resources to completion

As a technical project manager, I understanding the business strategies that drive a project and understand what the purpose of the project is, whether it is producing a consumer good, developing software, or building new features. During a project, I'm responsible for controlling any issues that may arise, which may result in changes to the original plan. 

Partnering with the PMO and the client IT teams to deliver solutions on time and with a higher degree of client and customer satisfaction, quality, and documentation. Helping to facilitate planning and communication along all phases of development between internal stakeholders, client POC/C-Suite Executives, and DevOps.

A skill that I enjoy greatly is being a point of contact for all business units and successfully growing strong relationships will all teams. I have truly enjoyed working as a critical cross-functional team member within teams that have different skill sets, but are all working towards a common goal.  It often includes people from different departments and from all levels of the organization.

I've enjoyed captures millions of memories for countless number of happy clients and friends. I've had a camera in my hand for over 20 years and hundreds of hours editing photos.
